On the Ground: Exploring Manufacturing Options for Airr

Great hardware requires a great foundation. While the design of Airr Mattress is being finalized in the lab, our team is actively on the ground ensuring we have the right partners to build it.

On November 24, 2025, the Airr operations team conducted a site visit to a potential manufacturing facility. This visit is part of our ongoing discovery phase to identify a production partner capable of meeting our rigorous technical standards.

The Search for Precision

The Airr Mattress system is not a standard assembly. It requires the seamless integration of our "pixelated" latex grid with delicate electronic components like Mayso heating wires and dual-intake fans.

We are currently vetting facilities to ensure they can handle:

• Complex Material Integration: Merging electronics with soft textiles without compromising comfort or safety.

• Scalability: The ability to grow with us as we expand into the North American market.

• Quality Control: High-standard testing protocols for both the latex core and the "surrounding layer" foam.
